Local knowledge
Not all walls are the same — and in San Antonio, they vary more than most cities. The neighborhood your home is in tells us almost everything about what we'll find behind the drywall before we even arrive.
Older homes in Alamo Heights, Terrell Hills, and the King William District often have plaster over lathe, brick, or concrete block — all of which require completely different anchors and drill bits than standard drywall. Newer builds in Stone Oak, The Dominion, and Helotes typically have drywall over metal stud framing. Stucco exteriors and tile feature walls are common throughout San Antonio and need specific hardware most people don't carry.
We bring the right equipment for every wall type before we arrive. That's the advantage of working with a San Antonio specialist — not a national handyman service that treats every wall the same.
